1. Limited Stock Availability

• All campaign items are available in limited quantities.
• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Placing an item in the cart does not guarantee availability at checkout.

2. Delivery Times (from dispatch)

• Romania: Estimated delivery within 48 hours.
• European Union (EU): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
• United States (USA): Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and may vary based on destination, courier workload, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union (including the USA), local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage, or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

4. Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
• Orders are considered final once payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen issues. Any payments captured for cancelled items will be refunded.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Standard return policy applies unless otherwise specified by the product page.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when items are faulty or incorrect.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.
• Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations (e.g., color due to lighting/screen settings) may occur.
